A Record...

without a picture. I just needed to write this down. Sorry I don't have a picture, but by the end you will know why. This was a normal Thursday, nothing strange. We got home from school, got homework started and were hurrying along so that we could leave for Kylee's soccer practice and Kobi's soccer team party.

Kruz yelled out "Mom, I go poddy" so I headed into the bathroom. As I get there he is flushing the toilet. Here is our conversation...
"Good Job, bud"
"Let's get your undies on."
"Uhh no, my undies wet, I flush dem down the toilet."
"umm what?"
"Uhh, ya, ya, dey wet I flush footballs down da toilet."

OH MAN!!!!!

We continue for about another 1/2 hour. I knew Kruz was in the backyard. 100% safe zone. I have NEVER been worried about Kruz in the backyard. I love it. Until today!!! I peeked out the sliding door to find that Kruz in his t-shirt and undies had pushed the Little Tykes Buggie to the back corner of our yard that seperates our yard with the next door neighbor. He climbed up on the buggie and somehow pulled himself on the wall. (Ya, like our 6ft block wall). And then proceeded to STAND -UP and was walking along the wall of our next door neighbors. Not only did I have a HEART ATTACK!!!!, I had to wait at the "T" until he could walk back to me before I could get him down. OH MY!!!! Yes, a 6ft drop on our side of the wall, and a 9 ft drop if he falls backwards to the backyard neighbors. Seriously...is this normal? He isn't even 3. Here is a picture of the corner that we took of the other kids about 6 months ago. Seriously how did he get up there?

Great. Such fun things to look forward to. Isaac climbs out of his crib for the first time last week, and Kruz is climbing up 6 foot walls. Funny boy. I was just happy he wasn't climbing over my gates again last week. Apparently they aren't much of a challenge for him anymore.

I guess dad doesn't worry about Kruz in the backyard either. When he was wathcing him over at my house last week Dax said something to me after they left about Kruz hiding the balls so no one can play with them. I have no idea what he is talking about. When we are diving home after errands I see two of Dax's balls over at the basketball court. I pull over and find not only those two, but three more plus the flag to the bike trailer and a baseball bat all thrown over. I ask Dax what happened and he saws "I ride in my car and Kruz threw over those balls and flags so they are all gone." Pheww...good thing the kids were still in school when I found them or they would have been long gone! After reading your post, I'm surprised he didn't try to climb over the fence and get them!

Oh Shannen- sounds like he is going to be very adventurous. C.J. was & still is like that. So ready to climb anything. See how fun boys are!
