I got tagged

I don' think I have ever done a tag before, so I will try my best at this....

How To Play This Game of Tag:
Post these rules on your blog.
List: 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 goals, 3 current obsessions/collections, 3 random surprising facts about yourself.
Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog!

OK 3 Joys:
1. My family of course has to be first. I feel like I am just the luckiest person alive to me married to Josh. We have come a long way in our short life together, and I know that life can only get better. We have 3 wonderful kids who teach us something new everyday.
2. The church. Our live have been blessed in more ways than I can even count because of the Gospel. I am grateful for our Eternal Marriage, grateful that Josh honorably holds the Priesthood, and blessed that we can attend church each week because we choose to do so. Life would be so unknown without it.
3. Agency. I am grateful I can do what I want, when I want to, and I don't have to check with someone first before I do it. I am glad also that there are the consequences that do along with it.

3 Fears
1. Something bad happening to Josh. He is much more daring than I am, and I am so afraid that something will happen to him and he won't come home that same way he left, or even come home at all.
2. My kids getting hurt. I am pretty protective of them. We were pretty safe with the girls, nothing major until Kobi broke her elbow last year, but Kruz...that boy is a little TOO BOY for me. I have a feeling we will see a few hospital visits with him.
3. Something happening to Josh and I together. I think about it all the time who would raise our kids if something happened while they were still little. That just breaks my heart that someone else would have to raise them.

3 Goals
1. Right now, my immediate goal is to finish Kobi's room and to paint Kylee's room. They are long overdue to have cute decorated rooms.
2. I am just starting to get on my food storage kick. I need to reorganize it all, and start working on it diligently again.
3. This goal I have been working on for about a month now. But I have not been getting on the computer from about 10am until about 5:30, or at least after dinner or when Josh is home. It has left me with much more time to play with the kids, and during quiet time/nap time (1-3) I have been working on other projects.

3 current obsessions/collections
1. hmmm, I am having a hard time even thinking of one.
2. well it is a new day today and I still don't have an answer. I think I will post this and if I came up with something, I will update the post.

3 random surprising facts about yourself
1. I was supposed to be a "Shane" when I was born. That is how I got the spelling "Shanen"
2. Michael Jordan asked me to play golf with him when I worked at The Phoenician in Scottsdale and I had to tell him "no" because I had just had knee surgery.
3. In the past 5 years I have passed 15 Kidney Stones, they have put me in the hospital 2x's, and 5 of the stones I passed when I was pregnant with Kruz.

All right, I don't like this tagging part, so if you don't want to do this, I won't feel bad.
Nicole, Bryn, Jamie, Rachel, and Taylor

I can't believe you let knee surgery stop you from golfing with Michael Jordan!! :) I always love learning these kind of things about other people, I'm just not as good about writing them! Kobi's room turned out so cute, you did an amazing job!

Shanen~ thanks for doing the tag! Who would have known about MJ asking you to golf?! With your softball arm, you should have just thrown the ball! :)

I have such a hard time remembering names, but when we moved in and I was learning your family names I kept remembering how your name had Shane's in it and how Kobi's was the first half of our last name, so that was a cinch!

P.S. Don't worry about the obsessions/collections. I had to really grasp at straws to come up with something. I don't obsess or collect, either! Great post!

Shanen-
It's so fun to read your blog and keep in touch a bit better...even though you moved 20 minutes away, we never see your cute family. Im so glad you made it the other night, it was good to see you!
