Kobi is 5!!

This is my Kobi. She is all mine and she came to me for a reason. I'm not sure I know always know the reason why, but she for sure was to come to me. We of course didn't know what Kobi was going to be ahead of time. That is the fun part of being pregnant. But during my Christmas break (about 4 months along) I woke up one morning and told Josh that if had a girl, KOBI was to be her name. I heard/saw that very VIVIDLY in my dream that night. I didn't see a picture of her, but I was very confident that it/she needed to be KOBI. We couldn't decide on a boy name, and when we went to the hospital, we were very grateful that is was a girl.

She was a very quick arrival, however, 5 days late.

Here are the 5 things that I LOVE about Kobi most.

1. She has the sweetest spirit.- She is the BEST example to us. It never fails that she is up on the stand during testimonies. She asks us each week if it is the right day, and as soon as she can, she walks right up to the stand all by herself. What a great example she is to us, and to her sister and brother.

2. She has a gentle nature about her. I always think about this when it comes to my grandparents, and Josh's grandparents. This little girl can see past the skin and love someone for what and who they are. She sees their age and is sensitive to that, but loves them nothing less. This love she has is recognized by all who watch her.

3. She always keeps us on our toes. We can't sit still for a minute. She is always on the go and always has something to do.

4. She is easy to please. Kobi is happy about the littlest things. It doesn't take much to make her happy. She loves the small things, and the little amount of attention.

5. She loves a BIG hug after a fight. We have lots of those around here, but she is always willing to give up a big hug when it is over.

We are so grateful for Kobi in this family. We are so glad she is here with us, and we love her to pieces.
