Really it is 2009?? Where has the time gone? We have been so blessed in our home and can't wait to see what 2009 brings. We had a fun night last night with friends. We had a "kids" party making Gingerbread Houses

We got home and got the kids in bed and Josh and I actually stayed up until midnight. I think this was the second time in our 10 years together. We were blessed this afternoon to have my family over. Everyone was here but Jamie and Joe (it is always so sad to say that) but we had a great time. All the kids played so well together, and we had lots of yummy food, and it was just fun to sit for a few hours and talk. Ok the girls talked and the boys watched football, but we still had a great time. I am sorry to report that I have no pictures to document, but it was still great.
We look forward to 2009 and all that it brings for our family.

Soooo fun to hang out! I almost made it until 12. I think it was like 11:50 when I fell asleep! Ha!
Why didn't either of us get pictures of Crazy 1 and Crazy 2 running into each other at full speed and then laughing?! What crack ups! Thanks for the fun day!!

hahaha I'm sneaky,huh? It's a hard one and thought of you when I was posting it. I thought, "Shanen would totally be able to do this." As you can see it was very hard for me. I didn't want to ditto everyone else's that I've seen, ya know?
I like your idea to celebrate at New York time, I'm going to try that next year. I promised my kids they could stay up until midnight, but by 11:00 I was beginning to have regrets!
