With Spring Time here and the weather changing, we decided to join the other hundred and hundreds of people and head out to Tempe Diablo Stadium for a Spring Training Baseball game. The Angels and Cubs were playing and that is about all I can tell you about the game. We had "lawn seats" which are the best and only $5, we think, with kids. Usually they can run around a bit and not make anyone else crazy, but today it was packed. The kids were actually really good, but a little warm. We had hats on, sunscreen on, and lots to drink to keep us hydrated. We bought a $5 snow cone and the kids couldn't get enough of that. That was about the only time we saw the girls. They spent most of their time right up by the outfield fence and we were back on the grass a little bit more. We had a good time and left just after the 7th inning stretch. It was a fun thing to do as a family and to enjoy the nice weather we are having before it gets too hot.

Are you trying to make me jealous or something? It's working!
I really love that family picture...how perfect each of you kids personalities are captured. Kylee with her sweet smile, Kobi with that spunky expression, and Kruz, well, Kruz is just as cute as can be!
I'm glad you guys had fun! Why didn't they have any games last weekend? Seriously!
How fun! I too am jealous. I can't wait for baseball I love it!
That's great that you get your kids involved in sports like that. I need to get out of my comfort zone and do more like that. Although...maybe not baseball(the games are a little long...does a rodeo count? :-)
We LOVE spring training. Did anybody get a funny sun burn?
