We have had a good summer. We haven't done anything crazy, no big vacations, just a couple of weekend outings, and then local activities. I wasn't really feeling guilty, but I was just feeling like I needed some one on one time with the girls before they started back to school. My fun street, we decided to go to Big Surf. My girls had never been before and I didn't tell them until this morning. We took Kruz over to grandmas and we were there when they opened at 10:00. It was perfect. I wouldn't have changed anything except maybe 10 degrees cooler, but the girls and I had a GREAT TIME. I love that they are adventurous and daring and want to try all the crazy things. Kobi was below the 48' mark that didn't allowed her to do the slides without tubes, but she was able to do EVERYTHING else. We had a blast. We did ALL the slides and just enjoyed one another. No fighting, no arguing, to hitting. Just FUN, FUN, FUN.

One last Hu-rraahh
We didn't end up spending a lot of time with the neighbors, but I think each mom just enjoyed their time with their own kids. We will have to do our catch up as moms when the weather cools down and we can start our outside playtime again.
I love my girls and I am so glad I could spend this day with them today.

TODAY WAS JUST AWESOME! I HAVE TO AGREE WITH YOU THAT, I LOVED THE TIME WITH MY OLDER TWO AS WELL AND WAS GLAD I GOT TO SPEND IT WITH THEM BEFORE THE END GETS HERE.

That was a wonderful day! You're right. Us Mom's will have to play catch-up another time. Why don't you all come over for lunch on Wednesday next week? If that day works for you, it works for me.

I wish we could have made it, what a fun end of summer outing and a perfect day with just your girls. I'm feeling kind of guilty as I realized that we spent our last summer week day sitting around watching tv. My poor deprived kids!
I love spending alone time with my kids. It kind of recharges your batteries and reminds you of all the things you love about them. And I love when I have just two kids at a time because there is no fighting.
